Where can I find the video link?
You can copy the URL in the address box if you're viewing the video in a web browser. For mobile apps, the process may be a little trickier. Most social media apps allow you to copy the link through the Share menu
For example, you can push the Share button in the YouTube app to copy the video link. In the Instagram app, this should be listed under the three dots menu
Which formats do your service support?
We transfer videos to your devices, keeping the same format that web services use. Most of the time, it's the MP3, WAV, FLAC, MP4 or WebM,....
